Review Of KD PALACE

Room and blanket not clean properly and bed not comfortable, service is very poor.

It was fine. The location was good and all the mentioned were there. Cleanliness can be improved. Hotel staff were cooperative and customer friendly.

On reaching the room in the hotel, there was no luggage, towel, soap, soap, and only room booked in the name of the room. Ac was not working overnight, for which i had to call the staff again and again.

It was a pleasant stay. I would like to visit again.

The location of the hotel was good. I will rate a 5 star for the location. There was no food available in the hotel. Room services and housekeeping were not that great. The staff was well behaved. The room was okay with all the amenities.

1. No blower provided even in extreme cold. 2. No towel given on 2nd day.

New property, clean rooms, overall a good stay

Good to stay here, staff was good, everything was good.
There were some smell in bathroom but later they solved the issue.

Nice, very good for the location and facilities are very good.
