It is very cold inside the room. There is a very bad smell in the room. When the ac was switched on, garbage started coming out. Geyser/heater are not available in room.

There was not a electricity since 16 hours and not a generator for standby ..only inverter one battery for bulb …unfortunately after some time battery power off and I spent 4 hours in a dark room.Worst hotel i never seen before in my whole life.. And I paid for AC room but due to electricity I stayed in non AC room. I already send a picture when I was in hotel

Sorry for the inconvenience sir. We have informed you about the power cut due to heavy windy storm as 35000 lines were cut off. We also offered you 100% REFUND but still you denied and chose to stay at our hotel. Even after that we refunded your balance amount, which you have paid for Ac room.

Noone at reception when arrived. Had to knock and create noise for someone to wake up. Also it isn't that near to station as it appears. Not to mention the location is also not easily reachable, road to hotel is very bad.

Sorry for the inconvenience sir. Our hotel is only 500 to 600 meters far from the gondia railway station. 24 hour vehicle facility is also available from railway station. There was no arrival time mentioned in your booking and you checked-in around 1 am (midnight.
