My breakfast included but 8AM not prepared that's why I don't breakfast therefore my experience is very bad add price to water bottle

No one was available at reception, making me wait for more than 20min, breakfast was just ok ok, TV not recharged even after asking for several times

poor service , no staff , no power backup, overall bad experience , very much disapp much disappointed

Located on the main road, out of the city centre at a quiet location. Ample free parking space available. Elevator is there to reach upper floors. Room is large, clean and comfortable, fitted with a large bed. AC has trouble in reaching a comfortable temperature in the room during summer heat. Mini fridge available and working properly. Wifi is there and working properly. Unlimited hot water available in comfortable bathroom fitted with a good rainshower. No in-house restaurant available but only veg room service. Service time is long and food is delivered cold. Supplied mineral water bottles in the room are chargeable.

Service and cleaness is very poor. Room clean and bedsheets change after my check in in room and requested by me then change the bedsheets but room cleaning is very poor till checkout from check in
