I have never seen such a bad hotel till date. The room smelled bad and the food was also not good.

I didn't even get water to drink in this hotel or i didn't know about the mineral water bottles that i would have to pay for it or the food menu was too much or the bill was too much or even the ac was not working properly.

Bahraich trip
I had requested to upgrade my room as discussed with the cc executive (gagan) she assured me don't worry it will change but it didn't happen.
