Not so satisfying,AC was not working well and lack of ventilation, they did not even provide water bottles, not satisfied

The stay was very comfortable. Very nice hotel and the cleanliness is commendable. Cozy stay and neat rooms

The place was neat and the staff were courteous. but the drain was clogged. Valavan at the reception was kind and polite.

It’s a new aesthetically made property very near to Auro beach. But, quite away from french colony. Kitchen setup isn’t there so never book with food, you will waste money. It’s not a hotel in traditional sense, it’s more like a guest house.

It was amazing as due to weekdays we enjoyed complete pool. If it’s crowded then place is little small for family. Staff were polite. Clean place. Safe place. Next to highway road, Overall we experience nice holiday experiences. Beach is waking distance.

The stay was very comfortable. Location is very close to the beach - just a couple minutes away on foot. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasant. Best thing were the staff who were very extremely cordial and helpful.

Good, don’t book breakfast they don’t have the facility,they can ship up eggs or grab something from nearby shop, the room was very neat,the aesthetics of the room are nice location is near highway,

Had a wonderful experience here. Place was clean, rooms were well maintained and aesthetic. Pool was easily accessible and my 1year had so much fun in the water because the depth was perfect for kids and a separate area for adults was available too. Bathroom was clean with water heater provided. We didn’t have breakfast there, though it was available. A designated parking is not available, but there is space on the road to park. It was safe to park the car there. Location was right on the main road and was very close to nearby places like Auroville bakery, bread & chocolate and Tantos. With friendly staff and a comfortable bed, this place was a great stay. Thanks!

There is water to take bath in the morning after me going and complain again it took 20 mins fix the issue

The stay was pretty nice good property rooms are very spacious and clean the pool is also nice the only thing i disliked was breakfast they provide a packed breakfast which they bring from the restaurant i guess

stay at hotel was average …. cons: washroom was very small. cleaning was not proper. there is no parking facility no shower facility do pools …. pros: room was spacious very close to beach 🏖️.

Property is in main road, it’s exactly in center between pondy and Auroville. Great ambience, staff are so helpful and friendly

for every 5mins power were cut off ,no steps were taken to fix it. room service is really poor, price is not worth for the service’s rendered. but, can’t deny the beauty of the architecture of the building and well designed minimal swimming pool for kids and elders to enjoy,feels like home more if the above issues are fixed. 🩷

honestly i like the property, the owner had made an effort to build this home|hotel, but the basic amenities like fridge, toiletries, linen, extra utilities etc are not there. i am from hospitality filed worked since many years and taken services from various home stay and hotels, but the service here is very bad unprofessional they do not know what linens are called, they are so blank in their mind that we had to tell them more then 2-3 times to deliver the room services they keep forgetting things. i had asked them to clean my room and the staff out here was asking me if i need floor cleaning? or sweeping need to be done? really do i need to tell them what work they need to do. room cleaning means every thing they need to clean the entire room along with cutlery need to give us water bottles every day for entire stay(i had to remind them every day to get things done). kind attention owners - you have build a wonder property, please make sure your staff are well educated about the work to be done in property (i mean they should atleast know the basic hospitality rules). i would like to rate the hospitality 0. i was not here as airbnb guess that i have to do my own things, still i am a traveler and stay in airbnb’s too, i have received superb service there too. i booked myself through travel booking website as hotel and hotel service is not this what i had seen, experienced and learned in my career. recommendations for other traveler - stay at your own ricks, if you are like us who like to get basic hospitality please find something better then this until the staff are educated 👍 no thank you for your service!

The place looks nice but no maintenance, no service and very bad staff. Would be a better stay if that can be managed

About KAVE HOTELS the room was really nice and it was up to the Mark of me and my partner but there was a issues about power cut and it was so uncomfortable so make sure the power always stay…. No thank you

Very bad service 😕😕 😕😕😕😕 😔😕😔. No shampoo, no tooth paste, no complimentary drinking water. UTTER WASTE CUSTOMER SERVICE
