Review Of Kashpa Beach Hotel

The hotel and owner are good behaviour. The overall service is good I like to stay here. bike rent provides. free water

To start with 1. The location shared was completely different. We had to be picked up by the hotel person and transported seperately. 2. We reached by 6. 30am as the arrival time was 5. 30am by train. We had to pay 300- extra since the check in time was 1pm. 3. Bed covers were not changed regularly. We had a change only once during our five days of stay. That too they were torn. 4. Since we had three adults in our booking, we requested for an extra bed. We were provided with an extra matress that was quite old. 5. Cloth hangers in the bathroom and curtain hangers were broken. We avoided using them as they would come apart and probably the hotel may fine us. 6. Soap was not provided until we asked for it. 7. Goa have vehicle on rent. The person /caretaker was a commission agent for outside service provider. 8. Our train for return journey was at 10. 55pm and check out time is 11am. When we requested for an extension till 8pm, we were initially notified that the caretaker will discuss with the owner and come back. We were told latwr to pay 1800- if we wanted to stay after 11am. So we checked out. I think there were too many vacant rooms, but the human angle was missing.

Stay was good, amenities & services were basic. Location was 3km away from calangute beach. In food we tried ginger tea only, but it was good though a bit expensive.

Good for family. Child friendly. Very clean place. Near for calangute beach. Only 10 minute walk for calangute beach.

The property location is good although property is not, wifi and ac is not functional, staff is very rude and irresponsible and impolite, very bad experience

we had a nice stay. good service provided by the hotel team. Neat &clean rooms(including toilet)most important thing which I liked is the very safe, calm n pleasant atmosphere. Hot water, drinking water and free wifi are available all day.

Very close to the beach. It is very much worth for the price. Clean room and washroom.

No information of documents to be carried was provided. Demanded submission of original id on arrival. Unfriendly staff. Electric switch won't work. Electrical appliance give shock. No wardrobe.

Actually i was found this property's location at google. The property is very good and very spacious rooms, but the problem is about the ac is not working in my room

Clean & spacious rooms, easy access to the beach & food stalls. Nice & peaceful place to stay. Allowed early check-in without any charges as the rooms were available. Nice waiting room available in case if you want to check out & keep your luggage n roam for a few hours. Overall, it was definitely a great stay.

I am not at all satisfied with priti guest house. Because the room‘s balcony door has no lock. Anyone can entered the room easily. I booked 2 rooms. The 2 rooms balcony door has no lock. I will give 0 rating for safety. I felt some fishy. Then room ac was not working properly and there was no cooling. So switch on the fan also in the night time and when i was in the room. I never recommended to others.

Best room and neat and clean staff is help full and room is near by colingute beach. Parking is available on four wheeler and two wheeler stay

Room was spacious with balcony. Room and bathroom were maintained clean. Towels and bed sheets were clean the property has its own parking space which is rare in the property with the price it offers per room. The property is at peaceful location near beach. Only thing which was missing is a wardrobe in bedroom and cloth hanger in balcony. Overall i had good experience.
