Worst hotel for night stay
I booked hotel for 2 nights i have very bad experience with it, time of checking hotel could not find my booking after few minutes he excepted, room is not clean no hot water they served, even they not given mag and baldi, hotel are not family friendly because all couple are come 3 to 4 hours only that's why they deny full night to others

Excellent staff and hotel facilities
The staff was really humble and helpful and even in rain they went out 2 to 3 kms on foot to get our food. I love the stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It's best for family stay.

Bad experience
No breakfast was provided even though booking clearly states free breakfast. No hygiene and safety standards.

Online payment not confirmed at hotel
Advance online payment done through MakeMyTrip app. However hotel 14911 advised me to make cash payment as online payment has not been confirmed, however online confirmation of payment receipt have given by MakeMyTrip through WhatsApp message. Therefore cash payment done as per hotel receptionist advise & bill given for the same.

Terrible hotel
They don't provide drinking water also. A basic necessities. Oyo toiletries were not there. Room was very small.

Not fit for family or solo lady
It was very bad stay. No cleanliness at all. Not good for family and solo lady. Tv not working. Current was there in geyser. Staff not at all obedient always blaming each other.

Terrible Stay
Free checking is done from 10:00 to 12:00 but the hotel owner cheats. Checking at a hotel between 10 to 12 is free, but the hotel owner takes an extra charge.

Bitter experience
We checked at 10.15 am and as per OYO policy there is a complimentary early check-in between 10 to 12. But hotel charged extra amount as early check-in even though rooms are empty. Hotel manager told us at the time of check-in why you paid money in advance. I don't know why this happened. In-room thousands of mosquito are there and when we told the manager regarding this he put one mosquito coil in our room that doesn't work and continuously mosquitos are biting us.

One of the worst hotel seen in life and hotel, no water no room service no TV please don't recommend this type of hotel on your panel.

Value for money and nice staff
I had some issues in booking of name but after that they allow me to check in and understand my condition so the staff was really nice and service was too.
