We stayed for a day in cosmo bubble and it was terrible. Access to toilets are very difficult and the property is not maintained properly. The sheets were not washed. The jacuzzi was also very dirty. Food is also a problem. Also powercuts more often. No generator. But the view is good. Except that it's worth for nothing. Don't pay this hefty sum of money for nothing.

The stay is at an amazing location and is very beautiful. However the place needs some maintenance. It would be nice if they had their own kitchen.

Nice stay beautiful location enjoyed a lot

The Owner of the Property Ms. Ramya is very rude, Their Cosmo Bubble is very bad , Lots of Plastic Smell and Hot in Day, Cold at Night,No Ventilation. When I Complained about it, she was annoying and saying " U have booked the Hotel thru MMT then it's your Problem not my Problem and always book thru their Insta". Three Nights stay was a waste. The Structure is getting Rusted and is in High Peak , so becoming Risky, No any Maintenance from Owner Side. The Owner also told me if you book thru our website then you get it in Cheaper, I booked thru MMT that's why she didn't offer me better Igloo, So I had to compromise and the Property was also 1 Hour far from Kodaikanal City , What can do

It's difficult to go inside room and come outside the air come out from baloon, due to air goes outside. Even washroom outside which is not comfortable

There is no proper maintanence. Heater which is attached to the jacuzzi is not working. Jacuzzi is not clean. The outer surface of the bubble is not clear. Chairs are broken. Zip which is attached to the door is not working properly.

Good ambience, wonderful view, need little more cleanliness

Especially we have to share about hospitality we never expect the quick response when it's raining also they provide our needs excellent team and thank you for giving excellent opportunity to stay kanal glamp kodaikanal

Myself planned to spend time in jacuzzi. Staff said due to low voltage jacuzzi is not working. And no heater in hill station.

Luxurious stay at an affordable price. Breath taking view on both the sides of the Luna dome. Especially the service provided by the caretaker is appreciable. Definitely recommend for friends and family. Quality and Tasty food offered for both dinner (paid) and breakfast (complimentary)

Good hospitality, need to take care more like a premium resort. Power cuts should be addressed on time. Overall satisfactory.
