Jiva Resort is very good but location is slightly off . Staff at reception and The help at receptions are unprofessional but like a normal guest house . Room was very good as they had upgraded us . However next to our room was their storage and utility unit room . We asked why this room is given to us when upgraded ? We were informed they have only 01 suite room . Restaurant staff and food was good . Bar they did not have a bartender to make cocktails . Nothing like bar they had only drink storage room like liquor shop . Landscaping is good . If you want 5 or 7 star hotel this can be a 3 star resort without swimming pool with lots of power connectivity issues and internet of your network was nil whereas WiFi of hotel was very slow

We booked a luxurious Suite at Jiva Resort expecting a premium experience, but sadly it didn’t match our expectations. When you pay this much for a single night, you look forward to an out-of-the-world stay — but basic amenities like uninterrupted hot water were an issue, and the jacuzzi couldn’t even be filled fully with hot water. On a positive note, the restaurant Jiva Grill was excellent — we especially loved the breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. Overall, while the food and restaurant staff made up for some of the disappointment, the suite itself didn’t justify the premium price.
