Labana Hotel

Property is located at good view point and has good taste of food. But, its not a 4 star property. Overall room worth around Ra 2500 per night

The receptionist was being rude and treated me disrespectfully when I try to ask about the room inclusivity which wasn’t provided. She even accused me of harassment. Very poor hospitality. Never going to that hotel again.

Good rooms, and great hospitality with breathtaking Mountain View . Since it is located in the main road , vehicle sounds were little disturbing

We had booked a Mountain View room and the view was amazing and Food was also so good, Not expecting that quality

Nice Stay , Room was clean, Bed was proper King Size and comfortable and the Balcony is perfect for mountain and Valley view

The hotel was a major disappointment for me. Basic facilities were poorly maintained, with lack of amenities. Considering the high price, the experience felt like a rip-off. Definitely not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent standards. Very disappointed with the lack of lunch options at this hotel. Only dinner option was available. However, one thing was appriciable that the hotel staffs were cooperative.

Room are not in good condition example bathroom tiles brake, shower tap brake also service quality very low.

bed smell in side room, No table inside room to keep luggage, poor roam service, No lift, and all of all the balcony railing have enough gaps causes safety for children.

my allotted room had a valley view and was breathtaking. One moment the valley would appear and the other moment clouds would come and hide everything. The room service was excellent and the staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. The hotel being on the roadside it was easy to find it. Overall very pleasant experience

I recently stayed at Labana Hotel. It’s not a very well-maintained property, but I wasn’t expecting much to begin with, so it was fine for a short stay. The rooms were decent and had the basic things I needed, which made it manageable. The staff was polite enough, but don’t expect top-notch service. Overall, if you’re looking for something budget-friendly and aren’t too picky about upkeep, Labana Hotel does the job.

It was an amazing stay at hotel labana cherrapunji The staff of the hotel are very cooperative and polite and very helpful.

Rooms are spacious with stunning Mountain view. Bathroom is not at all good, narrow. Hotel food is okay, price reasonable. Overall good experience but room price is on a higher side.
