Average Stay
It's a below average hotel. There is nothing boutique about it. No lift and we got a room in third floor. Staff is not very helpful and lazy. Although one of the front desk guy is helpful (he booked for sightseeing etc and was considerate, the support staff is laid back and does bare minimum. Breakfast is below average and the dining area is not kept clean. Choose only if you don't have a choice, avoid it if you can.

coupleSupporting and humble staff.. Rooms and washroom were clean.. We had dinner and breakfast, it was tasty.. the road to this hotel is narrow however staff will help you with parking..

Wonderful stay with neat & clean rooms. Lovely haveli stay in jaisalmer
I loved the place. From smooth check in with warm welcome by satyendra. Rooms provided in fresh condition. Bedding, towels & bathroom is in perfectly great condition. I loved the food they provided on rooftop with view of fort.

Cleaning issue are there. Linen are very dirty. Insects are in the room. But bathroom is clean. Staf is very cooperative.

Hotel is located at best location of Jaisalmer. Room interior & cleaning is top notch. Bathroom is also huge specious. Food serving at Rooftop with view of Fort is great at hotel. Morning buffet breakfast is tasty and many options available. Staff at hotel are very responsible with giving proper service till late night. 5/5 Star ..well done

The property is well-maintained with spacious and clean rooms. Staff service & hospitality is excellent. The rooftop fort view restaurant offer beautiful views and delicious food. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall, jasmer haveli is best hotel in jaisalmer with good amenities and service.

Staffs were very helpful. Rooms are average. Not so much variation in breakfast but food quality and taste homely. Not all rooms have a great view outside.

Its a good hotel with following pros 1. Room - clean and spacious 2. Staff- good behavior and supportive 3. Location- very near to railway station 4. Food- good food was provided. 5. Service- very prompt service

Value for money stay. Really worth it
Singh ji was amazing help and assisted us wherever possible. I appreciate his kindness and hospitality. He made or stay at jaisalmer very enjoyable and comfortable. We are excited to come back whenever we can. They given us room on first floor which was really very above my expectation. Bathrooms are also huge spacious and properly cleaned with amazing frangrance. We got a early checkin without any hassle. The communications to the various places of visits were quite smooth. The hotel is definitely recommended for couples as well as family trips. Location is close to every monument.

Location is best. Hotel team was really helpful during stay.
Good newly constructed hotel, very well spacious rooms, good facilities, friendly and attentive staff, food quality and options rates are perfect. Definitely recommend for mid budget stay. Also singhsaab suggested & arranged desert safari tour which was amazing and unforgettable experience. I enjoyed a lot here and every corner of hotel was perfectly decorated with masterpieces.

Exact same like showing in pictures. Hygienic and great stay in jaisalmer.
The bed and pillows are super comfy and additionally, room service was exceptionally good. The rooftop fort view was an add-on to the room and hotel. All furnishing are brand new with great condition, hygienic stay i got. Visiting places are nearby and they also provide good assistance for travel purposes. Furthermore, i also hired scooty and cab from them which they provided at reasonable rates.

Average Stay
When we arrived at the hotel, it was not cleaned properly especially the bathroom. It was very unhygienic. The breakfast was also not good at all! the teacups were not cleaned properly etc etc

Excellent Stay
Nice hotel for family stay. Rooms are neat & clean. Well maintained rooms and looks new. The service was super fast, and good. Breakfast buffet menu is having many varieties. The dinner buffet was also good. Overall a good and comfortable stay.
