We had a fantastic stay. Rooms are well maintained. Loved the interiors. Roof top restaurant with Jaisalmer Fort view is amazing. Food is delicious. Polite staff. An all rounder in budget. Definitely recommend Helsinki House.

Staff is really polite and helpful, room was really so good. My overall experience was really good with this hotel.

Everything was upto the mark and the hospitality was great. The food was also delicious with no extra spices.

Exhaust fan not provided in wash room. Sewage smell was there in wash room. This was quite irritating. Approach road was not carpeted and was dusty. Food was okay.

Disastrous room with no amenities as mentioned in room details. Restaurant at the top floor was not clean and the food was too oily and terrible. Not worth the money. . 1

Hotel room view was very bad though interior was decent. The breakfast was very average with very limited options and even omelette was served pure made. The front desk over charges everything like for day trip to seam sand dunes taxi fare was asked 7k while same taxi from nearby vendor was available in 5k. Not recommended at all unless booked for less that 3k per night. Same type or better hotels and cab services are available in way less charges in same area. Their camp site was also very average with poor food quality. Better camps are available in seam so don’t get fleeced.

The hospitality of the staff is good. The rooms are spacious with good maintenance. food here is very good, we got the best food here in our entire rajasthan trip

Worst hotel ever! We reached at late night after a 10 hour drive from Jaipur. They didn’t even have a place for the poor driver and in that insane cold, they asked him to stay at a different place. No humanity whatsoever. Now coming to the banger. Rats roam around in your room. We were shocked and terrified. Please don’t go to this hotel if you value your life.

Overall a good ambiance hotel, good staff and beautiful view from the top. Recommended food is good.

Though the location on maps may initially guide you to its sister concern, Helsinki Boutique, Helsinki House is conveniently located just 50 meters away at the end of the road, overlooking a serene wetland field at the back. The hotel façade, crafted from intricately carved sandstone, gives it a regal, haveli-like appearance. Inside, the elegance continues with sandstone pillars, a posh sitting area, and royal family portraits adorning the staircase. The hotel spans three stories, with the dining area on the third floor and a terrace above offering stunning views of the Jaisalmer Fort. The rooms are colorful, clean, and equipped with essential amenities like AC, a kettle, and a geyser. However, a minor inconvenience is the colored glass on the doors, which allows corridor light to seep in at night. This can be managed by covering it with a cloth for undisturbed sleep. The hotel is conveniently located just 6 km from the airport, with a smooth and traffic-free commute via a wide highway. Meals served at the hotel are decent, offering a mix of pan-Indian and traditional Rajasthani dishes, with the menu provided in the rooms for convenience. Overall, Hotel Helsinki House is a delightful choice for a comfortable stay in Jaisalmer, combining aesthetic appeal, convenient location, and good service with minor scope for improvement.

Location is not good. Food was of poor quality. Rooms were okay. Service was ok. Not value for money at all.

The washrooms needed deep cleaning. All the other premises were clean and maintained. The room and bed were okay but washrooms were not properly maintained.

Neat, clean & spacious rooms. Stayed for one night with family. The breakfast was awesome and freshly prepared. The staff was very courteous. Only problem is the approach to the hotel. The road leading to the hotel street is under construction and the hotel street is very narrow. Nice view of the fort and city also from the roof.
