About parking, we do provide parking space near the hotel, but we understand your concern about vehicle scratches and will work to improve parking management. Our stay at Hotel Tokyo Palace is a disaster

At Hotel Tokyo palace We stayed in Room 107 first floor and the first thing we noticed is that there is no cold water in washbasin, Room ac doesn't work so fan is the only solution but the way it was making noise at the start we were thinking it would fall anytime on our head, water supply in bathroom stopped many times in each day and we had to call receptionist to run pump. Bathroom water heater doesn't turn on when you need to take bath, it turns on when you don't need it. Bathroom drainage is clogged so if you take 1 bucket of water then whole bathroom is flooded and it will take hours to let all water to drain. Food is very costly compared to nearby restaurants. Hotel location is very good. I would rate the Desert safari arranged by the hotel is average, artists were amature and there was no sync in their performance, only solo performance were somewhat good. Hotel management doesn't give value to your time, first they will give you a time for tour start and when you reach at the reception at that time they will ask you to wait 30 min or 1 hour. I am not saying that there should not be any delay,What I am saying is that if hotel management know that there will be a delay why not inform customer like us well in advance for that delay. Overall i am very disappointed.

The location was outstanding. Value for money. The staff was very cooperative. The Sonar kella is 2min way. You go by walk. Only things for old persons, the hotel has no lift. so book ground floor for them.
