The electricity kept going at night the fan wasnt working properly the room was stinking it wasnt worth the price

The room was little small that is the only disadvantage but the food was very good, the rooms were cozy and the bathroom was also good.

I booked a Deluxe room but the staff gave us a very small room. First we thought that maybe this is their Deluxe room. But the next day when we were checking out, we saw the Deluxe room which was dirty. They were too lazy to clean the room, so that's why instead of that they had given us the other room. We were not provided with any such service that would justify this high price of the room. No kettle, no water bottles, no toiletries. In fact cover of the exhaust fan in the washroom almost fell on my head, and yes it was not even in working condition. Swimming pool was also not functional. I am really disappointed. I am attaching photos of the room that I had booked, and the room they allotted us.

Excellent everything like food rooms

It was really nice to be their in such resort, where you will get. What you want. Beautiful view from every side. Visibility of light in the room was good inf-act the view from every window of room. As i have seen all the rooms at first. Then the cleaning of everything was perfect. Catering was superb. And above all whole management team was up to the mark. They know what work is assigned by every individual to do. They do their job perfectly. Well maintained everything. Stay blessed.

The staff could have been more courteous. The services could have been better. The room was spacious and comfortable. The washroom was clean. They don't have any heating arrangements in the tent. The food could have been better I must say. The price is too expensive, you can get a good deal at other hotels within this price I believe. Overall it was a good stay.

Totally bad service it's very disappointing.
