great hospitality , but need improvement in food quality. otherwise owner and staff was very cooperative

Property is ok but the hotel management is not guest friendly. I booked the rooms for 2 days and paid the total amount at the time of check in but due to an urgent medical issue, I had to leave in a day so, I requested for the partial cancellation but the hotel staffs and the management neither supported nor return the amount.

Hi, hotel celebrations at pathankot is good to stay if you are looking for a comfortable stay. Staff is good and cooperative, however food needs to be improved as it’s costly as per its quality. Overall, it’s a good option to stay if traveling to hill stations like dalhousie / khajjiar and needs a break in traveling to these hilly areas.

Room allotted was good but the staff is not trained as the towels were wet. Blanket and water was provided when asked 2-3 times. No phone was available in room and a mobile number was given by staff which he didn't picked, hence guest has to move to reception everytime.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything i needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The amenities were decent, especially the rooftop pool which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had a good variety, though some of the items could have been fresher. The location was convenient, close to major attractions, though the immediate area could be a bit busy at times. Overall, i was pleased with my experience and would stay here again.

The property is clean and good. Food is also good. But I faced some major issues 1- No soap provided for toiletries 2- No mat in the room. So coming out of the bathroom had to dirty all the room floor 3- Staff is very cool and cooperative

Although the place is newly built and the room was clean, the management has a lot to learn about guest relations and providing professional service. We paid for an ac room but in the middle of the night the ac went off and didn’t come back until i complained to the staff at 6am. The staff who worked there at night said that someone mistakenly took the key to the generator. It is possible that this was a genuine mistake but the best thing to do in this situation is for management to give staff the authority to make up for the lost service somehow. There was no such attempt. They also billed me for a food item that i didn’t order so i advise future guests to check the bill before paying. Overall, the place isn’t up to standard, yet. The management can certainly work on these things by firstly being genuinely service-oriented and putting guests well-being as priority.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Service can be better, especially for complementary food served

I stayed at this property. The main issue is common washroom which should not be the case. When a guest is coming he needs a separate washroom. Also the common washroom didn't had key which i could lock from my side.
