Good stay
It was a short way however it was comfortable and staff was courteously . Food was good. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Worst experience
Poor service reception staff was looting people by adding items which not ordered ac were not working in rooms .

Staff make me foo
I am old customer of hotel but last two times staff tried to fool me and offered me a lower category room instead of my original booking. because I am an old customer so I know very well regarding the category of room. when I object then they allocate me the original booked room. This is not a mistake this was intentionally done by reception staff. so now I have changed my hotel

familyNo parking sewage smell in room coming from bathroom stained bedsheet cockroachs tasteless breakfast with limited options mannerless staff main gate guard is very polite and well behaved. Reception staff should learn from him

Best stay in grand
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Property location is ok but they have no restaurant. The bad sheet got some sauces stained they charge us 1000 extra for this. It was my 1st experience with ahotel. And the staff guy also misbehave with us.

familyBest hotel for accommodation at pathankot but avoid their inhouse restaurant as we found dead insect in food. Reported them and they have agreed to serve fresh cooked dish but we denied. Rest all are best at this hotel

Terrible experience worst and highly inhospitable staff disagreeing to every thing even after regular reminders breakfast not prepared in time giving silly reason cook was late smelly rooms and blankets kindly duelist them from all platform for public welfare. It's not worth a penny
