I am old customer of hotel but last two times staff tried to fool me and offered me a lower category room instead of my original booking. because I am an old customer so I know very well regarding the category of room. when I object then they allocate me the original booked room. This is not a mistake this was intentionally done by reception staff. so now I have changed my hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive. Property location is ok but they have no restaurant. The bad sheet got some sauces stained they charge us 1000 extra for this. It was my 1st experience with ahotel. And the staff guy also misbehave with us.
