wonderful experience over there recommended to stay .......,,..............

i booked a 3 bed room for 4 family members.Amenities mentioned in booking voucher were partially available like sofa , telephone,one extra bed was missing.Fir 3 persons only one towel and soap provided .The room was good n clean. we stayed only for 3 hrs since i reached 5 am and left at 8 am .The quality of tea taken was good .Only one person was there to run and maintain hotel .The location was good just at 50 mts from railway station cantt.

Location excellent very near to pathankot cantt railway station. Convenient for travellers, will recommend for one day stay. Staff good, bathroom clean with hot water facility, when ac of our room went off they without any hassle changed our room. Power backup is also good. Market and restaurents very close to this property. Overall good experience.

location is not good ther is behind hotel dirty water mosquito makkhi fly is there & room number 202 ac is shouting ..but we manage.. overall ok ok not special go to visit..one think is good very near to pathankot railway station

Good room, hygienic washroom and 24x7 front desk. Easy to access from pathankot cantt railway station.

Rooms are too good reasonable price. But according to cold weather there is insufficient blanket etc

We had booked two rooms. One room was too much smaller than the size written in detail. When asked to change, the staff was rude and uncooperative. Both rooms were not ventilated at all. ACs were not working properly. Bathrooms were not clean. Exhaust was not working. We just had bare put up for a night since it was near Pathankot Cantt Railway Station.

Great experience. Polite staff. Food excellent. Walking distance from pathankot cantt. Good amenities except wifi.

There’s no restaurant service available. Rooms were very damp. Unclean. Hot water was not available. Taps were leaking

Worst experience

Staff impolite, full seapage in the room floor full of water, bathroom commode in bad condition. No telephone in the room, nor call bell is put, not even a cup of tea is available. Over all regrettable stay

Very basic amenities. Close to railway station. Good for just one night hault. We didn't have any food there, so can't comment on the food taste or quality.

Not worth the money at all. Ac was not working. Room was very small and bed was not sufficient even for 3 persons. No food service at all.

The place is conveniently located. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the washroom were very clean and with proper hygiene. The manager mr ishu was very helpful.

It was clean hotel. Staff was nice and well behaved. Overall one of the good hotel near pathankot cantt station. Only missing part was towel and bath shop was not there in room.

Very basic small size room with no hot water kettle, no complementary water bottle. I checked in at 9pm and checked out at 6. 30am. Booked for overnight stay in middle of my journey.
