Overall, the stay was decent, but there were a few issues. The washroom in our first room was not very clean — there were cigarette leftovers and ashes, which was disappointing. However, the staff was cooperative and quickly changed our room when we raised the concern, which I really appreciated. Another issue was with the restaurant menu — many of the items listed were not actually available. It was to choose something from the menu only to be told it’s not available. The options felt quite limited. Apart from that, the rest of the experience was good, and the staff was polite and helpful

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely unhygienic — it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was a strong unpleasant smell as soon as I entered, the bedsheets and bathroom were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in days.

Th hotel is just next to the main road, so all night the vehicles disturbed me alot. Rest the room size is just ok

Double occupancy rooms are so small, this property is bias for customers. I have stayed earlier in this hotel and my room was almost double of what i got for double occupancy this time the washroom didn't had health faced slippers were not given washroom amenities are almost nil.

It's gud clean nice staff easily reached not too far railway station and bus stand

Helpful staff. We checked in at 3. 30 am after arriving by delhi-jammu rajdhani. The staff immediately got into action to speed up our checkin process. Rooms are small. A bit costly. Hotel is about 3. 5 kms from the station

Hotel rooms were very small. Had a one night stay. Ver old damaged a/c was installed in room without any controls. No remote control was provided either. Staff behaviour was not appropriate. Overall, not Worth the price.

It was a great stay. The Hotel has clean decent rooms as shown in pictures and the owner and the staff were very helpful and courteous. They even arranged cab I needed urgently in early morning hours and even the food is great at Hotel. Thank you.
