Review Of Jaladhama Resort

We visited Talakadu Jaladhama resort as a family for one night. The location is fantastic, the property is well spread out, outdoors are well maintained with a number of activities, indoor and outdoor activities, swimming, boating and other activities. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the package) is simple and delicious. The staff is helpful. The room experience was average. We got a 4-bed ground floor suite. The room was poorly maintained. There were cobwebs all around. The living room had a toilet attached, which was not maintained and neither locked with insects and dirt. The bedroom toilet lock wasn’t working. The WC in the toilet was so high that we couldn’t sit properly! There are no phones in the room and the reception was at the other end of the property. We requested a soap for the wash basin which never arrived. Overall the stay experience was average at best.

Very friendly staff and lot of activities to keep the entire family entertained. Food quality can be improved. The rooms are very dated and need renovation.

I have paid RS 19500 for a single night for two adults and kids aged 14 and 9. I expected more cleanliness and good quality in food. Lunch was crowded and lunch area was not clean. Only good thing to highlight is the courteous staff and service orientation. Property is quite old and not maintained properly. Not recommended for this price.

The best thing about this resort is the location. Amazing location. The staff is always happy to help. Pool and other places were well cleaned. The food was amazing, also the venue of the food being served are well thought and we liked it a lot.

Everything is excellent, not even a single negitive point. We ever happy that every moment will remain unforgettable. Especially the food service is excellent and taste can't be matched to others. We are totally happy with the resort.

Good stay, nice location, good facilities, food was average, rooms are pretty old & needs maintenance. Activities are very good, add more dishes to menu. Directions are not available for location. Overall good

It ok for the nature around otherwise not the right value for money. Location is excellent and the staff are friendly but the adding are too expensive and restaurant is very lousy. Worth a visit with compromise.
