Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request a full refund for our recent stay booked through MakeMyTrip for the dates 24th May 2025 to 25th May 2025.
This mail is in regards against the booking ID:
During our stay, we faced a very serious issue due to a storm in the nearby areas, which resulted in a complete power outage at the property from 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, there was no power backup available, and we had to spend the entire night without even a single source of light.
We were staying with our family, and the situation was extremely unsafe and uncomfortable, especially considering the high temperatures. The lack of electricity and lighting created an insecure environment for all of us.
We have spoken to the property owner, and they have agreed to provide a full refund for the inconvenience caused. We now request MakeMyTrip to initiate the refund process at the earliest in coordination with the property.
Please treat this as a matter of urgency and confirm the steps being taken to process our refund.
