Review Of J.S 1 BHK Apartment with Common Pool

There is no safety in the hotel. The hotel that is mentioned is different from the one there. The location, place, rooms are completely dirty and disgusting. There are no covid rules followed by the management. The hotel names js 1 bhk with common pool, doesn't have any pool and the management is very rude upon questioning about the place and rooms . We were not in a situation to book another room as it was dc 30. The hotel information is completely fake and i had very bad disgusting and worst experience at the hotel. I even don't understand how this had happened when i booked it . I thought booking would be legit, but the experience had changed my perception towards legitimity. Its completely waste of money.

Hotel booked was not av-bl hence asked us to change our hotel thrice where rooms were not appropriate. Also they have charged additional amount against early checking. We actually got the hotel at 2pm. We have been asked to check inn at the merit resort which was not booked by us giving reasons the js apartment was operational.

It was quite good, however services are late. Ac not working on the very first day. Room cleanliness was terrible.

Locating the property was a bit difficult as it was wrongly marked in Google maps. The rooms and cleanliness were good in the property. The staffs were also very nice and co-operative.

Facilities written on the time of booking in the web site were not available there in the Apartment. Quality of furniture inside the Apartment was terrible.

Rooms very good. Near by Beach super. Staff full helpful. Good service
