Review Of Ivy Orchids Villa 3 BHK Private Bungalow Lonavala

we had terrible experience staying in this villa, The villa was not properly maintained also in hall very creepy painting which gives an appearance as if they are constantly staring at us,the bedsheets mattresses was smelling so bad ,actually the whole villa was smelling horrible.Few utensils were provided in the villa which were not cleaned and fishy kind of odour was coming from the utensils,even the dining table chairs were having soo many hairs of cat ,No wifi connection was there,even the cupboards were broken,overall it was our bad experience staying at this villa.

No power supply and No proper water facility.... WASTE OF MONEY

Location of villa is not good. If u follow the map, you will just circle around. The approach is very bad, the road is too narrow. Rooms are very poorly maintained. They don't provide clean bedsheets and blankets, all are smelling. Doors are stuck. Furnitures are in very bad condition. Not recommended at all.

There was no cleaning at all by the the way the property was huge but as I mentioned earlier there were no proper maintenance and services

I found this property on MMT...bunglow was good, specious but not maintained and clean. bedsheets were not clean. TV and music system were not working... care taker vaibhav's mom said they have much more workload, it raining is continues, so that it is impossible them to dry bedsheets and blanket... yuuuk...so that owner using black bedsheets and towels... second thing there is Reshma zagde caretaker who is doughter in law of vaibhav's mom... she received us... but when we reached at property.. door qas locked.. i called reshma... then she came... after coming inside she took for security deposit and my original adhar card... and she left... i told her i will give order about dinner... she left.. then we teied to swiched on TV... but we were unable.. so i called her alteast 18 to 20 times and since 3.15 to 5.30..but she fail to pick up my call... it was very terrible experience... behavior of Reshma was so worst... I suggest u guys never prefer this property... there is no hygine... cleannes... nothing is there... kichen is just nominal... so think twice before go on such property

Home was not in a good condition Everything was poorly managed and old Ac was not working in 2 rooms Wash basin was soo old n rotten It fell on feet and caused injury Loads of bugs n mosquitoes inside Bathtub didnt had any lid so it was of no use Again the blanket was unclean and had dirt marks on it Only the caretaker was very good and helpful

Good place to stay as a couple or as a group . 3 rooms with ac. You can use kichen or caretakers provided us food facilities. Zomato also available and near by hotels also available. Overall good experience.

It was good experience but we had faced electricity issues and water issues that day.

The place was good but not well maintained. The lock were broken, ac not function, graser not working, bath tub is not really a bath tub and the bed and couch was not clean. However the caretaker were good. So the price charged was not a good deal. But it’s located at a good spot and amazing view.

Not good. Acs does not work. Geysers does not work. No tv. Wifi is not fast enough. Beds are damaged.

It was not at all good. The place was dirty and most of the game equipment not working. More or less, it was broken. The door was not opening and closing properly and tv was not working.

It was not so good experience with staying at the ivy villa. Prons: cake taker mother's home food was good. Cons: villa badly required maintenance. 1. Broken cupboards and beds 2. Places is far from the city area 3. Even though there was no guest at the villa, they won't provide you early checking 4. All the acs are not in working condition and even fridge was not working properly 5. Washroom was cleaned but still not in good condition busy seeing above prons and cons, if you are looking for a well maintained properly to stay with family, you can explore different options.

Great experience and good food with, good friendly caretaker, the only problem was quite time after 11, i mean we are here to enjoy away from home, but apart from that its was great experience

The property needs maintenance, the photos displayed and the condition differed. However as per price we thought of managing for a day but good condition really matters. Kindly look into it the sofa was torn, one sofa chair was broken, toilet flush was broken, one washroom had no lights, the kitchen area water had some drainage stink. One room ac had come kind of alarm or was beeping after every 10 mins to regularize temperature hence we couldn't sleep and later had to switch the ac off. The property is good but definitely need maintenance. Thanks

Location tho malavli Stn ke pass hai par Bunglow jaisa feeling bhai nai bhoot bunglow lag raha hai wosharoom tho bahot hi kharb hai light bhi nai hai

The doormats and towel had all dust in them there was no mosquito repellent even though i specifically asked the caretaker for it rest everything was great. And also finding the villa was too tough there is no sign or advert of villa on main road which makes it very difficult go find

Very pleasant stay property was very well clean and it was a safe stay with family and spacious

when we reached there the care taker open the doors of the villa and we entered, after reaching to bed rooms there a stinky smell coming on the each room and also bedrooms bedsheets and blankets are also not washed from months this is also smelling i went with my family for stay it's a worst experience 1 more thing i need to share that the walls are completely wet and there is paint falling on the ground. I will definitely not recommend this.
