We booked Velouria villa and then got a call from owner that this Villa has few issues and therefore we would give you better villa near to Tiger point. I accepted but actually this new Villa was having issues of AC, shower, smell of wall sepage and damaged Jacuzzi. Care tacker comes around 8:30PM and then started cooking food. It was too late but good part was Non-veg food was very tasty as compared to veg.

Hi just a feedback from the friends and me who stayed in Velouria vilaa.. disappointed...you should have extra person for cleaning and cook should only focus on food...hi tea me der was no sandwich...starters me he has given me two packets of cheese balls 🤣...der was no mushroom babycorn chilly and no cheese corn balls...ready to fry food hai wo bhi tab bhi nahi diya gaya...chicken pakoda hi tea ka itna tasteless tha ki pura wapas kiya humne... starters ratme 11:30 serve Kiya and dinner at 1am...kids slept without Food....water bottle recieved at 8:30pm der was not a single empty water bottle in kitchen...living rooms ac was not working and cooler was throwing hot air because der was no water in it...despite u knowing kids are coming along...tv started at 8:30 after many follow ups...only thing which we got is in good taste dats momos at11:50pm...unko tava paratha kya hota hai ye bhi nahi pata tha...sikhane ke baad bhi poori jaisi choti choti roti patli aur uspar oil laga hua diya gaya..green peace pulao me sadha rice diya...pool clean nahi uska side area clean nahi jakuzi clean nahi...sab humne clean Kiya...pool machine on ki...aur next morning 10:30baje se care taker ghar me aake khali karo khali karo who does dat despite of 12pm check out time...check out service before tym mil gayi wid argument 11baje fir khade hogaye khali karo humara 11am check out hota hai, I said tumhare sir ji se confirm karlo time....sorry but extremely disappointed will not visit and will not recommend anyone for dis kind of hospitality 😔
