Food was really good and economical. The location of this hotel is right next cross to the private bus stand. Facilities are also good. The only advice is the hotel should install smart tv in all rooms 🙏

Absolutely loved my stay at Issacs Hotel The Resort in Sulthan Bathery! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, truly making me feel right at home. Rooms were spotless and super comfy, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this charming spot!

We stayed at issac hotel for a night during our wayanad visit. Here goes the review: it is located at the heart of the sultan bathery town. There is ease of access to restaurants and malls from here. However the place definitely needs a major revamp and the stay experience can be improved better. The check-in process was very smooth. The staff were good. However the rooms were not light bright and damp. There was no proper ventilation. The bathroom was smelly and did not have a proper exhaust. The towels provided were very old and smelly. For a budget booking the place is fine but if you are planning to visit here during holidays, the price is not worth the experience.

It was a good experience, especially, i mistakingly booked the room for a different date, but make my trip helped me to get the stay on the same date. And stay was good, and the restaurant they have very good culinary skills. Thank you

The location is too good in heart of city. As per hotel feedback staff are good polite, but the room given was not satsified. Fan was not working well. Toilets have always bad smell. And i think the room we chose was not given to us

Poor quality of food. Room was not clean. I have asked for tea and they said there is no tea till 8am. They can provide tea after 8am only. They are not giving a water bottle also. I had to request for water bottle as well

It was a good experience. Service was good. But i wouldn’t recommend family for this place as it has a bar attached. The local crowd will be a nuisances at the front gate. Rest all are good.

Decent place to stay for family

Wifi wasn't available. Bathroom was stinking and needed better cleaning. Renovation debris everywhere.

It was a safe and comfort stay in issac resort. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staffs are very much supportive. Had good food from the restaurant.

Positives: very friendly and warm staff. Decently appointed room with a locker and a minibar (which was empty. Comes with a separate sitting area. The bar has a decent collection of liquors. Negatives: the restaurant is appalling. Both the food and the waiting time for it to be served, sucks big time. We ordered a sliced beef with vegetables and we got exactly that. Boiled beef with vegetables with a generous spray of pepper! so keep your expectations low. If you book the suite like we did, do not expect much. It’s just a nice room with a separate sitting area. They charge only.

Stay was very good and room is hygienic and safe to stay. Best experience is staffs were cooperative and friendly. Hotel is located in main location and accessible easy for shopping. They have an option to book tickets for cinema which is behind the hotel.

Not hygienic. Bath towel wasn't good. Old room. No toothpaste, shaving kit etc

Staffs behavior is very good. The manager took very good care. But the morning breakfast was horrible. We were unable to eat.

Good Resort to stay but do not expect great food. Hospitality was awesome but food is not great, would suggest The staffs to improve The quality of food. Rest all is good.
