They have not provided any food, remaining all things are good. Location is traceable.

I had booked a room at Indra Loka Comforts, Mysore through MakeMyTrip for the dates 15th to 17th April. The booking was made on 8th April. However, just two days later, I received a message from the hotel stating that all bookings from 13th to 19th April had been cancelled which included mine as well. Due to this sudden cancellation, I had to urgently find and book another hotel nearby, which was an inconvenience. The bigger issue is that the hotel still hasn’t refunded the amount of ₹2349 for the cancelled booking. I contacted the hotel directly, and they told me that MakeMyTrip would process the refund. I then reached out to MakeMyTrip, and they said they would get in touch with the hotel. But after that, no proper solution or update was provided, and my refund is still pending. Very poor coordination between the hotel and MakeMyTrip. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope others don’t face the same

Its not a proper hotel, has no reception or any services. The rooms are spacious but unclean. When we checked in the rooms and bathroom were not even cleaned at 5 pm. After calling the manager they got the bathroom cleaned. The room was never cleaned. It still had garbage from previous occupants. The hotel main gate is closed at 10 pm. If you are outside you have to wake up the security gaurd who is sleeping to let you in. If hygeine and cleanliness is improved the property can be really good to stay.

Room is big but it’s not clean, i need to ask for clean towels. There is not exhaust fan in bathroom and buckets are not clean

Room was ok but no maintenance and very costly for 1 day stay it was around 4500. Or could have been little cheaper

hotel are good location also nice but the cleaning is not good bed and bedsheets little dirty improve in cleaning overall good stay...

We stayed for 2 days here. The room was good. Staffs were friendly. Hot water geyser, smart tv, drinking water, lift facilities were available. It was decent stay. Perfect location and perfect for family. You can travel to any place in the city and it will be equally distanced from this location. There was a veg restaurant nearby.

Budget friendly stay. When i come to visit chamundi hill i come and stay here. All basic facilities are available.

Rooms are huge and big . Having plenty of ventilation. Stayed 3 people with extra bed . Everything was comfortable and good .
