We paid a good tariff but very surprised overall. As we arrived we had to wait at the parking lot, kept calling the customer care for the room keys, after 3 attempts, i had to catch hold of the cleaning lady to show us the room and we're allocated a wrong room initially. However the room was not cleaned, bed linen was not clean, used towel and had to call and request for a fresh one and only a soap was provided. Room was not maintained, very dirty sofa, no table, tv not charged, full of scratched on the wall, bathroom condition was terrible, flush leaking, cloth hanger is broken, no door handle, dispenser is broken and kept aside, old plates, probably used by the employees places in the kitchen.

the hotel did not provide basic thing like dental kit, soap, or kettle or tea coffee option drinking water was common please dont include this stays for corporate peoples worst experience

There's no care taker or helper to carry my luggages. Lift was not working, due to powercut and i carried all my flight checkin baggages to second floor. No parking available for my car
