Not so spacious as per pictures, Reception staff is good, Fungus problem on walls in room, Food available is not there if required, 2 Room at terrace and common sitting area for whole building is just outside of the room and it's so disturbing when people sitting outside on terrace gossiping, Breakfast and having party

We would like to clarify that the size of our rooms is clearly mentioned in our listing (150–180 sq. ft.), which is suitable for double or triple occupancy. Photographs can sometimes give different impressions based on angles, but we ensure transparency in our descriptions. Mount Abu being a hill station, especially during the monsoon season, brings high humidity and fog which can occasionally affect the walls — a challenge faced by most properties in the region. However, we are actively working on regular maintenance to address this while ensuring our services remain unaffected. Regarding the terrace area, it is a common space accessible to all guests. We understand that noise can be a concern, and we do request all our guests to be considerate, especially during late hours. As for food availability, we strive to provide options based on advance requests, and we sincerely regret if anything was unavailable at the time of your need. The stay was really good The place is very cozy and comfortable The manager is very sweet and friendly. The price is also very affordable comparatively. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Loved it 10/10 experience.

waste of money
It was an horrible experience with House of BB. Room too small (super deluxe room I had booked). On the name of extra bed they have given us 2 old mattress which were laid out on the floor. They didn’t even have the geyser in the washroom. Very disappointed with this booking. Totally waste of money.

Our Super Deluxe Rooms are 180 sq. ft., suitable for 3 guests, and it is clearly mentioned that extra bedding is provided as mattresses on the floor—not as a separate cot. We do not use individual geysers but have a central heat pump system that provides 24/7 hot water. Lack of a geyser does not mean hot water isn’t available. The photos you posted include areas outside our property, which is misleading. We’re unsure why you uploaded them when they don’t represent the room you stayed in. Also, please note that during the monsoon season in a hill station, some moisture or minor stains may appear due to fog. This does not affect the hygiene or services we provide. Terrible Stay
the property was not as expected and as given in photos .the room was not clean too, full dusty and dumpy roofs . Bathroom was neat. there was no ventilation in the room and was suffocating. Overall I didn't like the stay here

Great trip and great people. Especially food was too good. Nearby to market place and bus stand. Sanju was good in hosting us. Sanju was great in hosting us on the stay at this property. Food was good, cleanliness was good, nearby to market and bus stand.

Excellent Stay – Clean Rooms and Great Service! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and the washrooms were fresh and well-maintained. Best cottage we had in Mount Abu with affordable price
The accommodation is good it will give you goa vibes with the color combination and it is affordable the best things of this hotel is terrace. You can just go and relax. During emergencies the staff is very helpful.

Good Stay
Rooms are well decorated and cleaned. Complementry Mineral water bottles wasn't provided . Staff was very polite and humble. Properly location is interior, and away from main area. Very narrow entry road.
