Terrible Stay

Hotel people asked extra amount on checkin date and not giving room. No staff in hotel to take care of basic requirements. I had to spend 2 hours on call for checkin. Make my trip staff also took time to resolve the issue.

Memorable breakfast

Most unexpected breakfast, room is good but as per room amenities mentioned in app there is no mini refrigerator and TV is too small not matched with the room ,lift never work during my stay.

Very bad experience

The room's door was not closing properly, lift not working during my stay. As per room amenities you have mentioned that there will be mini refrigerated in the room, sofa and separate dinning space but nothing was there intercom also Dead. There was no drinking glass in the room. They told me on demand they provide drinking glass, what is this? Breakfast was very low standard. One of the reception staff's behavior was very bad, he should be polite and should know how to talk with the customer.
