Poeopety location is in the middle of town. Room was clean and spacious. Food was also good. Only thing we felt need improvement is the bathroom Needs up gradation in bathroom

Overall staying experience is amazing hotel is very neat and services are good food is excellent and car parking is very good

lot of small insects are there in tje bathrrom! higine can be improved. towels & bedsheets cleaning needs to be looked at. over all average

room was good , food was decent . overnight stop over . good place to stay . has electric car charger .

Western toilet needs to be installed some what higher especially for senior citizens cleaned toilet basins

good location. ok, food. room was ok, clean, and maintained no working WiFi - was told that the router issues at the vicinity of the alloted room. not went well. no 24hrs checkin/out - disappointing that I arrived late in the night and have to leave early. 8-9hrs doesn't justify the stay. initially I tried booking directly via email with no response from reception hence booked (reception later told me that they replied to my query but I never received).

Stay was very good. Room was good. Food was very homely and authentic..overall, the stay was excellent.

A very courteous and helpful staff, we were really surprised by the very good quality of food. A stress free inside parking for road travellers like us.

I am just reproducing a message sent to you on 16th Jan which is self explanatory. Hi, We have booked a room in Western Ghats as per your booking number .We checked in around 4.30 pm and following issues will tell the quality of Western Ghats facility. 1. Wifi not available in rooms.available only on verandha outside.This is after complaining yesterday. And that too unsecured wi-fi 2. At night wehnnwe are to take shower, the shower head fell off. Thank God no injuries and we could take shower in bucket provided in room. Now they have taken out the showerhead for repair/replacement. 3. Just in front of room 201 there is always a pool of dirty yellowish water (even after complaining and cleaning. Unfortunately we have already made full payment hence serching out for another place is a loss. What a hotel! Please confirm this is the standard of medium budget hotels you are associated with. Will we get a days refund if we move out today? Cheriyan

Room is good and hotel is reasonable. However, there is a lot of incorrect info on mmt. For example, executive rooms are shown as significantly bigger with an advertisement stating enjoy bigger rooms etc. In reality all rooms in the hotel are of exact same size.

This is the second time u have stayed here. Property is very near to the heart of town. Complementary breakfast is very delicious and different varieties are served. Management to focus on room service is very bad. I have asked for the room cleaning but that is not taken care. Bathroom size is small in size and only bath tub is provided which is not convenient for kids and elders and even for younger generation as well. We have struggled a lot at the time of bathing.

Good stay. Neat and clean but food should be much better.

Very friendly staffs. Nice check in experience and decent breakfast. Parking was available. Rest room and room needs upgrade but still sufficient to stay.

Room telephone was not working, room had unpleasant smell, toilet was not good. Even for water and food we need to go down to reception to get it. Never recommend this place

Rooms were well maintained. Ac was good. Parking space was good. Breakfast was decent (only veg and egg though. A bit expensive for an off-season booking.

Wonderful stay here from 11. 5. 24-14. 5. 24. Nice ambience and good rooms. Having taken care so much, they must increase the size of bath. Even little bulky body can't bath comfortably. Food ( veg) served in room with limited options were tasty & reasonably priced. Non-veg also available.

Overall experience is good and will recommend to others too. Ambience is good and food is sumptuous.
