We have requested for early check in the day before booking. Early check in was denied . Service was not upto the mark. Too expensive on additional charges

EXPERIENCE EXCELLENT. Except morning breakfast. It is not as worth they have charged. It is not as spread. It is to be looked up .

We uv checked in by 8. Pm. But room service and room a/c not working properly. Their response not up to the standard. Morning breakfast not allowed.

location is ok but rooms are not luxurious and kitchen service is not good.They don't even pick calls.. bathroom wall was not clean and bathroom geyser was fixed which was not working in night and in morning even after waiting for 30 mins,warm water was coming instead of hot water.Only good thing about this hotel was reception staffs were courteous

This place is just okay. The beds were ok but the water faucet and the bathroom fixtures were not functioning well. There was no hot water but we managed since it was a hot day. We did not take the breakfast option since there are several good restaurants nearby on the same road.

Rooms were maintained well and we had peaceful stay! lodge is pretty good. Food was good as well. High standards were maintained

Stayed for one night with family, nice location and nice food. Rooms were spacious for a family of 4, will definitely visit once again.

Budget friendly rooms with stay and staffs are polite

This was one of my worst stay in my life. The bedsheets were torn, nowadays bathrooms were far better in public bus stand. There were no coffee or tea bags in the room and that too they are making money. I ordered one tea but that flask was never washed for months. Morning breakfast buffet table cloth was full of dust. I used to believe make my trip rating but not sure how you can rate this as a 3 star hotel.

i had my house warming ceremony on 23/apr. i had booked 4 rooms at abm for my bangalore friends . all were saying the rooms are excellent and it's equal to bangalore standard. they enjoyed staying at abm and all further stays will be only with abm . thanks to their management and staff for keeping it above the expectations 🙏

A decent hotel to stay with all amenities specified was available and well maintained. Room was quite enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Enough car parking space available.

Rooms and amenities are satisfactory. But the food is not upto the mark, items description in the menu and the food received does not match. Taste needs lot of improvement.

Very convenient location on the highway to munnar, theni town bazaar area is walking distance. Clean rooms with good basic facilities. Clean bathrooms, towels and sheets.
