Review Of Hotel Welcome

Worst experience no tv for 2 days only 1 towel provided for 2 people. No kitchen service, we have to order food from outside restaurant. Also no car parking

The worst hotel experience i have ever had in my life. I booked this hotel through mm t because it said that the hotel had wifi and parking. But when i arrived at the hotel, there was only street parking. I had to park it in the street in front of the hotel. There was a liquor shop right next to the hotel's main door. And men were drinking openly there all night. Some men even passed comments on my wife. So that made the atmosphere really uncomfortable for us. Coming to the room, the wifi was not working at all on the second floor. Upon complaining about it, they didn't shift us to the first floor or get the wifi repaired. It didn't catch a signal on our 2nd floor room, and sometimes there was a very weak signal but with no internet access. The initial room that they gave us on the second floor, the toilet jet was not working. So they moved us to another room on the second floor. Nothing was good about this hotel stay. The price was way too high for the quality of service. I feel cheated and betrayed.

Water in the bathroom is very dirty, probably the water tank has not been cleaned from last 10 years.

Not the fanciest accommodation but the service was and the location were great. Perfect value for money.

Very nice rooms, affordable price and good food.

Rooms are a bit small but okay. Best and clean. AC works fine. Shower in bathroom chocked, not functional. No dining hall, area or space, may be under renovation. Breakfast served to order in room only. Quality and quantity, service as well are quite satisfactory. Location convenient as near to railway station, Rajmandir Premium cinema hall and all main tourist spots and monuments of Jaipur. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not good due to wine shops very close. Staff behavior is prompt and polite reflecting culture of great Rajasthan.

First they said, rooms are not booked, they harassed us, after took Long time they given room.

About hotel the cleanliness and staff is very important which was excellent here. The location was also perfect. Just one thing that I want to inform is the size of blankets. Which is little small in size. Otherwise it is value for money. And the staff is ready to arrange every thing.

Location is very convenient for bazaar. All major restaurants like Mac Donalds, Surya Mahal, Dominoz, etc ... It was a pleasant stay. Would recommend for middle class family budget. Good and hygienic rooms. Roof top hotel is an added advantage. Good food served with good Quality.

The hotel is at good location, nice food, a value for money, good connectivity, good service, centre place of the city, the biggest plus point is that each room has separate Air conditioners. However hotel has little noisy surrounding in the day hours.
