it was good according to the location wise as it was on road ,but there was no lift as it was on 2nd floor thanks to the attendent he was quick and polite we check in at 9 pm as per the flight and thanks to all overall ok

Over my booking the hotel guy charged 300 rs extra just because i have a small kid of 3 years and we can't do anything apart from agreeing to whatever demands he imposed as it was 4am in the morning and we were helpless. Apart from that he kept on reminding that you need to checkout before 12pm. Worst experience

Hotel is avg and very small. But location of property is very good. Staff is good. Easy to find this property. Tourist place is very near from here.

In hotel prem palace very good for stay and hotel staff behaviour is very good and specially hotel food is very good

Friendly staff. Felt comfortable. Good locality. Location is little away from rest of jaipur. However, small rooms, even smaller toilet deluxe room is not deluxe, window opens in corridor, sleep with window open to not feel suffocated at night. Overall nice stay considering i got it for less than 1000 per night because of discount.

The stay was pleasant. Staff was polite and very accommodating. Food was amazing. Also gave good suggestions about where to travel in jaipur.

Hotel staff is too good and polite they also have food facilities in good price. But the major problem was room was extremely small. And they didn't have landline in room. So if you need something just use your own phone and room was clean bedsheet was clean. Overall i give 4 out 5.
