Stay was good. Good experience and polite Staffs. Especially Jancy Rani whose working as an receptionist was the top among the staffs.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Clean, a bit small but well maintained wash rooms. Would be really good if they start providing bath kits.

We encountered several issues with the hotel reservation made through makemytrip. Despite following the location provided, we were unable to find the hotel at the specified address. The actual location is approximately 1 km away from the indicated point. While the room itself is clean and suitable for families, there were significant issues with the contact information provided. The phone number given is incorrect; it directs to a hotel in kodaikanal rather than our intended destination, making it impossible to reach the hotel. Additionally, our attempts to seek assistance from makemytrip were unsuccessful. The support team members we contacted only spoke hindi, and they provided the same incorrect phone number.

Breakfast was not good. No in-house restaurant. In breakfast no milk for cornflakes and tea. Overall service was not good.

no break fast. 1 litter water charge 42 rupees, small room and no hanger, no shelf, etc
