I had booked my stay through MakeMyTrip and paid the full amount in advance. However, at the time of check-in, the hotel staff informed me that there was no reservation in my name. This was extremely disappointing and caused a lot of inconvenience. I expect MakeMyTrip to ensure that confirmed bookings are honored by the property. Please look into this matter and ensure that such issues do not happen again to other customers.

we had to wait 30 mins to get empty plates the staff quality was very poor and the way the managed us was very bad never expected this kind of response from a hotel of grade of ginger highly disappointed would never opt for ginger again

The quality of the brand in my view has drastically come down due to the service provided. The rooms were not at all pleasant, double bed offered for single person. No charging point, No Toiletries, Small Room size, Washrooms was equal to publicwashrooms, No tissues available. Pathetic service. No blame to the staff they were helpful in every way they could but the owner needs invest and make it a better place for the guests.

I have stayed at this place quite a few times but this time the place looks rundown. Needs a urgent update to rooms and especially the toilets.

Compare than poor for chennai OMR ginger hotel, room cleanness less than other branches foods are followed by menu only not a buffet system

Apart from their rooms their service is poor.Need multiple reminders for each service call.As of food is concerned had opportunity to taste their coffee which was really bad.

This property is very poorly managed and maintained. Rooms are old and very unfriendly staff. I was denied checkin at 5:30 PM, even when I showed the confirmation Voucher from MMT i was asked to wait for half an hour. The staff at reception did not take any efforts to make sure I was assigned a room. Ginger offers budgeted standards hotel but Im sure this hotel is badly managed and there’s a negative aura around the place.

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, which significantly impacted the overall experience. It was evident that no proper upkeep or regular maintenance had been done — from dusty surfaces to stained linens and unhygienic washrooms. The condition of the room did not reflect the standards expected, I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly to improve the guest experience for future visitors.
