great experience.. recommended

The service was horrible. They gave us the room before changing the bedsheets and towel.We complained about the same and the person at the front office said the room boy is not there once he is back they will clean the room.That night we had to sleep on the filthy bedsheets!!But next day also same story' the room boy didn't do it'!Atlast I had to literally yell at them to get a new towel!

The hotel location is at the right place. Rooms are clean and neat. Room service is good but can be improved. Overall a good experience staying with family.

location, too far from main city. rooms, decently clean... washrooms though had fungus on the tubs. they say kitchenette, but not even a single plate, spoon or glass. food taste and quality, awesome..... breakfast inclusive has limited servings. if you ask for extra milk or tea for breakfast, it is charged extra. breakfast order they take only after 8 am and will serve after 45 minutes. kitchen closes by 9 30 pm. Intercom doesn't work.... they give you personal no but never answer. you need to go down everytime you want something. napkins and blankets you need to ask for. rooms were big though and ambience decently good. Location is excellent interms of accessibility to transfer and restaurants around

Had booked Super Deluxe room. There was no water supplied. Room was not cleaned or services inspite of telling. Room was having a pungent smell. Towels were not provided, on asking were told to submit old and collect new. Absolutely zero room service. Asked to cancel one day stay that also they said no. .

it was okay, staff was friendly, but zero cleanliness in the room, also received a broken bucket in the bathroom, and the mattress was too soft couldn't even sit on it caused backpain to all of us.

Nice and clean room at affordable rate. Near to bus station. Very nice and helpful staff. Great service and cleanliness.

Very small room without chairs. one of the employee or guest entered, took a bath before checkout, luckily no valuables were lying open.

I had a early check in.... hotels r empty... he has not given check in n also when we r sitting in reception he dont even start the ac n also reduces the fan speed.... he also said me sir extra de do aapko room deta hu

terrible stay. no staff at all. no service at all. Jugal the only guy present there is utter nonsense of a person. very rude. uses abusive language. also Jugal threatens if we ask for any service say water or cleaning.

The first room we were given was way too hot and the AC wasn’t working. After complain got moved into better one with working AC. In both of the rooms the cleaning seemed unfinished with dead and alive cockroaches in the cabinets, hair on the shower drain and so on. Sheets and pillows were also old and stained. At least the staff seemed friendly and location was near to the bus stop so some points from that.

Room is clean, tidy and spacious. However there is no restaurant. No parking facility. Lift was not working. Being senior citizen faced lot of inconvenience for shifting luggage.

There was no proper service provided there was no in house hotel included which was shown on mmt my stay was bad no room service so i want recommend any other person to stay in vilena hotel

Hotel is good property is good at location with better maintained and have good internal service. Some areas need to upgraded however not bad for frequent travelers with affordable cost. It’s in city centre and for business purposes well connected to nearby towns and facilities.

Break fast was included in my booking for 4 night. But it was not provided to me all the 4 days. In morning time attendant at counter is not there to hand over room keys.

It was a good stay, staff were very humble and polite. Nice location very near to the mapusa bus stand. Rooms were neat and clean, and food quality was good.

Hotel was ok service was bit slow all staffs very slow restaurant delay in order of tea and all foods and reception was ok location is nice but it’s a average hotel just needed to fasten their service
