very bad response and service, for a water bottle we had to wait for almost one hrs. In the morning they are very hurry to check out but they are not focus customer requirement.. I will not recommend any one...

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive and listen to all your requests. The amenities are top notch and deserve a special mention. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Very short stay but a very good experience. Close to Max Hospital. Breakfast buffet is very limited but still up to the mark. Humble and kind staff specially the Manager.

I booked Vienna Inn, Lucknow with high expectations, drawn by its promising infrastructure—which is indeed impressive. However, the service left much to be desired. Breakfast was quite average and unexpectedly served in the room on the first 2 days, which wasn’t communicated in advance. Overall, it was an average stay. The hotel has potential, but service standards need significant improvement.

Front office staff behavior is not cooperative. They don't know how to exactly treat guest while check in.

Nice Stay at a good location.
Everything was fine including hygiene, staff behaviour and other services. But the food was a bit overpriced.

Nice property. The location is apt. Located on main road makes going anywhere easy. Nice rooms in a budget. New rooms. Comfortable stay. Parking outside and inside too. Highly recommended.

Very Bad Food experience. They will ring order in hours and that too without salt and taste.Also while checking out they will not bear a 10 min delay and also will question abt the mini bar charges which they will keep empty while checkin

The Hotel is newly built or renovated therefore facilities are good, Hotel is neat & clean and the location of the Hotel is very good. The private parking space within the Hotel Premises is not sufficient. Horrible experience with ordering food. Only limited food available from the Menue Shared by Hotel. A roadside dhaba' food taste/prepararion is better.

Great location with good service
Stay was decent , food is a bit expensive wrt area and other hotels. Breakfast spread is also decent Location is a plus with close proximity to airport and the railway station.
