worst service ever met in this hotel. till time I didn't get my hotel bill. they are not picking my calls. I have make many calls but they are not responding. there, no one is responsible for provide bill. worst service, ghatiya hotel , Terrible

No hygiene, no cleanliness, Bathroom light blinking whole day and night, no complimentary water, water bottle mrp was 20 ₹ but they charged 30₹, pillow cover and bed sheet wasn't clean i requested to change bedsheet don't recommend if you are looking for hygiene and cleanliness.

The hotel was very good at all service is good , worth it, but the receptionist does not any clarity about my booking rather it include breakfast or without they are confused

Locks are not working no pipe in basin no hot water not breakfast provided after taking charge so overall very bad hotel

very small room and poor ventilation . room size was too small ,mattress was in bad condition bed sheet and blanket was very dirty. not worth to pay money.

we booked deluxe but they gave us matchbox size room, every room was super smelly, the lights were not working, the sheets were badly stained , there was 0 cleanliness,the manager was super rude , unprofessional and unsupportive . if u stay at this hotel your money will go to waste..total waste of money and time

The accommodations were subpar, with damaged mattresses and unhygienic bathrooms. The bed linens were also unsatisfactorily cleaned, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. We promptly departed the premises within two hours, without any dispute.
