Hotel owner was making trouble about the payment method. They were even telling me that they dont have booking with my name.

no doubt the app is good..but problem happens for hotel owners according to me ...the hotel which i booked online the owner was very rude and the room was very unhygienic. i did not like it at all🤢.i will never visit or book this hotel again.. that's all🙂
