Hotel Cachar Club

I checked in late and when i just wanted a 30 mins extension for the checkout as my car didnot reach, they denied it even though they had very much availability and also one of my guests were already there, and the landline phone in the room was also dead. To ask for the checkout extension i had to go all the way to the reception and the staff was not friendly. The wifi was also not working, therefore i couldnot even watch tv.

I have stayed earlier, all were a very good stay; however, this time it was really bad with a very filty and smelly bathroom. But yes, staff were polite. food was good, unfortunately I found a hair on dal khichdi.

My experience was marred by finding a cockroach in my room. The hotel's cleanliness didn't quite meet expectations. Additionally, the gym I saw in the pictures wasn't available during my stay. The stay was good, and the room was spacious. I really liked their food, especially the Chinese dishes, though they were a bit too spicy. Some items were very spicy, but overall, everything good.

Nicely renovated property,located very well for easy access to the airport, railway station and bus connection. Ideal for budget friendly business or leisure stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to [shopping/restaurants], and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I appreciate the quality of the breakfast. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Place like Silchar this is best hotel , Staff very nice, food is so yummy. If I have to stay again at Silchar o stay at only this place and refer to my friends and reletives

It was a very good stay. Staff were all polite, courteous and helpful. Location was awsome, just next to the main road. Food were really good. Variety of delecious breakfast. Everything was good.

hotel is to old for 3* category, today there are so many better option someone have, everything is either old or not working or defective, also ambiance is not that grate.

Everything was excellent. I fully enjoyed my stay and was completely satisfied with all the accommodations provided by the hotel. The environment and cleanliness made me feel even better. If I visit Silchar next time, I will definitely stay at the Cachar Club.

Really worth the money. The location is very good, easily accessible from all transport points. Rooms are excellent, Food was superb. very good breakfast. The staff were extra decent and helpful

All staff were good, excellent services except the room was a bit filty. Bedsheet was dirty and torn. Food was ok.

It’s the best property in Silchar , very neat and clean and good rooms with food and the front desk is very cooperative. I always stay here and love this ambiance.

First I want to talk about the location, it's very well connected and very near to the railway station. Secondly the food was very tasty I ordered mushrooms and felt like home made food. Facilities were also good.

Stayed from 24/07/2025 to 27/07/2025 in Room no. 204. Old towels given for use need to be avoided. AC creates noisy sounds - need attention.
