Location is good .But service is poor .Rate chart for food is too high likely a cup of tea priced at Rs 60 and a chapati priced at Rs 30 per PC.Room is not at par...overall unsatisfied

Staff behaviour and Services facilities are outstanding. Food Quality is good. Room is Standard.

Found the staff curt but professional and to-the-point. They really need to deep clean their rooms, walls, doors, handles, all furniture. Bedsheet and towel seemed okay but prefer using your own if you have. No bathroom slippers so guests need to take care of that. Several slipper shops are around the corner if that helps. Menu has expensive items for sure. But they're chill about outside food. Water bottles nominally chargeable. Room service is timely.

I found this property on mmt it is on the prime location and food quality is also in a reasonable rate

Good Hotel and friendly staff. The food is good the toilets are clean and you also have a bar which offfer good food and drink

Hotel is clean, staff co-ordial, good location, food quality is good, overall good for a budget hotel.

Very cool and decent place. Staff was decent and helping best place for stay in silchar and cooperative staff

I am booking here for last six month and happy to say they all are co operative and friendly service.

Average hotel. Ac doesn't cool. Very old amenities. Complementary breakfast has limited menu, no choice there, money paid for this service doesn't hold good

Room is good but the maintenance quality is poor. Towel, floor mat are not clean. It's top category room of this hotel but no dental kit, comb, sadal is provided

Complimentary breakfast is included my stay and they have arranged a buffet but only poori sabji, bread, boiled egg which was not in eatable. All are in open condition and flies are surrounded in every food. Plastic spoon they have served which was really surprising for me. Several international hotels across india but this type experience never happened. In the evening ordered fish n chips or fish items but they are unable to serve. Hot water not available although guizer is found in the wash room.

Water leakage at celling not upto the mark. Also as per standard costly. Next time i will not stay also no refrecee others

The room was not upto the mark. Only one towel was given though the guest were two. So this kind of things should be taken care of. *done*

The room and bathroom waste ok types clean but geyser was not working in spite of repeated requests. . Plus many mosquitoes and the good knight liquid was not enough to repel l or kill them
