Hotel is good ....but when iam off the light then fully bright ....

Dirty room, Dirty pillow and bed, This is just disgusting, no one will receive your call in reception, food quality is not up to the mark. overall it was a horrible stay, a waste of money.

I have booked one Semi Delux room for two days but they have provided a room with two single be. The quality of the services are pathetic. Rooms are very dirty and smells are coming from the bedsheets and pillows, I have asked them to change the room but they have denied,Room fresheners are also not available. The landphone is also not working to connect with the restaurant for any requirements. I have asked them to provide a dinner plate which is not given. It's not recommended for anyone to stay there, not value for money. One thing is good that they are allowing food delivery boys to deliver the foods in the room

property's location is at main market area. Breakfast was good. TV was not working. Room freshner was not given as the smell of room was not good while entering first time .

Rooms are neat. Lot more scope to improve upon Room services , Check in / Check out assistance etc.

It was good overall but idk about the food since I didn't eat there but the stay was comfortable.

I stay for one night. The only thing is room is clean, except this nothing is good. Lift was not working. My room was in 5th floor. The breakfast was included with my booking, as i was going to take early morning train to guwahati next day, i request them to gave my breakfast little bit early, but they didn't provide the breakfast

Centrally located in the heart of of the city. Food quality was good. Staffs are not adequate to serve the guests. Do not pick calls from room service or house keeping. Reception people are available only after 10 am till 10 pm. Water was not available in the morning till 10. 30am in the 2nd day morning in bath room.

I have experienced very bad journey because of google map providing wrong information regarding the hotel location. For which i have to paid extra fair charge to local auto driver and finally after reached to the hotel i got one more surprise. The hotel manner told me that they didn’t receive any mail regarding the hotel confirmation in my name though i have received the hotel confirmation msg in my email account. After so many argument they finally provide a room in nearby hotel. The hotel owner didn’t provide any compensation to me.

Good service, good lodging and also excellent fooding

Good:they allotted the room early in the morning when i reached silchar around 7:30am bad: firstly, when they allotted the room, the ac was not working. Water bottle and soap(toiletries) were not placed in the room. Was provided when i asked for it. Secondly, there is no multiple optional breakfast. You will get only puri or roti sabji in breakfast. When i returned in the evening, i asked to change the room(as ac was not rectified) and they did it. But the room they provided was full of cockroaches. All over the washroom. Also, the curtains were not properly closing and very uncomfortable for any couples or ladies staying in that room. Lastly, i ordered pane-er biryani for dinner, and the biryani was served with only onions and lemon. On asking for raita, the chef says that raita is only provided with hyderabadi biryani. On asking to take it back, the chef, somehow managed to make the raita but the curd which he used was very old. And it was smelling very foul. Even the biryani has sweets sugar lumps in between the bites. So my motive for this review is that the price which they are charging for all this is not 1% justified. I booked this due to the review on mmt, but found that this reviews might be all planted.
