Property was not at all good, it was very dirty and there were many lizards inside the room

Room condition is very good and reception and staffs are also well behaved.

Room is ok but service is zero ..

I had booked a deluxe room but room alloted was Single AC room. Saw first hotel which did not provide drinking water saying water is not complimentary. In house kitchen not available. Food is purchased from outside and served to guest.

I stayed 4 nights from March 17 to 20, 2025, on a solo trip. I booked online—process was smooth. The hotel’s in a central spot, which was nice. The room was a bit small, though, good for this price—clean and simple, no extras. Staff are cordial and helpful. No lift was an issue for me. I’d recommend it to solo travelers on a budget who don’t mind a small space.

The hotel room is 3rd floor without any lift facilities then problem facing during stay.

The location was decent to me and also bit easier to get. Services were very good and also the behaviour by the owner was also too good. I liked it very much.

The location of the hotel is really good. Its in the middle of the city and i didnt find any problems with food or travelling. The price i paid for the room was totally worth it , the room was clean and most importantly the bathroom was clean too. I would recommend u guyz for the stay.

The location of the hotel was really good which was in the middle of the city. U can get everything close by. The stay was absolutely worth it with the price i paid. And the best part was their rooms and bathroom were so clean.

Our stay was extremely frustrating. We had to climb up and down to the 5th floor without a functioning elevator. Additionally, room service was unavailable, and the hotel lobby didn't open until 8 am, leaving us waiting for a long time before we could start our day. In the event of an emergency, we would have been stranded. The room's fan was centrally located on the ceiling, far from the bed, making it unbearably hot. Furthermore, the hotel's central location meant that we were subjected to constant noise from horns and other sources, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Room Allocated were pathetic and that too in 4th floor…Smoky smell…Although changed afterwards but without door lock..

Trip is very comfortable to us. We r fully enjoyed. Guide was amazing character. If it possible to go anywhere with your trip. We wl expect that same person mr. Jeyakumar, tq so much

Good service and behaviour of staffs. Central location of the city. Easy communication and foods are also good.

This hotel doesnt have a lift facility and you have to use the stairs the room are in 3rd floor so it becomes a difficulty for customer

Not at all hygiene. Beds are dirty. Don't know how to return even a card. They need to return that after taking a copy at that time but they didn't. Now when i talked they told me to pay 500 to send that to me. I am really disappointed.

Good room services, neat and clean. Room space is good. Cctv at the door steps. Good security and maintenance

Last time got good room but in previous time got 3rd class room so this time 4. 5 star
