Very uncomfortable staying, reception persons are pathetic. Food taste n quality is Yaak🤮. Basin water is kind of red wine, shower does work..

The receptionist was extremely friendly and room was clean we didn't order any food but the hotel was very good

It's couple friendly Hotel , nice location ,but the amenities are not good . the TV was not working,it was jst placed like a showpiece

Hospitably & hygiene is good

Room was not worth the money i paid at all, it was shady, fungus on walls of washroom. Washroom was not at all good, no jet spray, no geyser. Phone of the room was not working, i have to go downstairs every-time i need something to tell the staff. Staff behaviour was good, that was the only thing good about the hotel

Don't stay here. It's a terrible experience 1. All locks & chitkani are broken. So u can't lock doors. 2. Tap for water and shower doesn't work properly so all day and night water is falling. 3. Water is full of iron. 4. No one is present in reception from 10 pm to 8 am. So if u face any difficulty in-between this time noone is there to lisen from u.

People are good, food is pathetic. Room service takes lot of time. I did not took breakfast for 2days although i paid for that to mmt

A towel rod in the birth room is not available also not a door sitkani to close the door. The door sitkani of the living room is not available.

I had booked a room of worth rs 2900 plus. Tv was not working. And will you believe i didn't got even a towel ! terrible. My money went in gutter.

Hospitality is good. But the water in the bathroom is not clean. It will be much better if they put water filter before filling the water tank.

Room is good, but there should be some cover for the supplied blanket, also hand shower is required for commod, service staff is very good specially manager and house keeping staff.

A good hotel in the heart of the city the hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly,
