Property location in proper town area and no traffic issues, foods are costly then other resorts, coz they provide only vegetarian food, amenities and services are also good but I found one thing that need some attention that when they take orders for food listen carefully and provide same to same...

Hotel room was good, specious but service is pathetic. Breakfast is poor. Food quality is very ordinary. Behaviour of staff is also non service oriented. I don’t want to stay next time.

The hotel is located in the prime area of silchar. Service of hatel staff is excellent. Very neet & clean. Room services are also excellent. Highly recommended.

The stay was really amazing . The rooms , staff and the service was also very good . The food in the restaurant was very tasty and affordable. Service was really great .

They charged an additional 500 rupees saying there was no room available for my booking amount, also, they charged an additional for a small stain on my fitted bed sheet.

Excellent Stay, Everything is Perfect. Hospitality, Location and Parking area is the area of attraction. Along with Gold Digital Cinema and Rooftop Bar in the same building itself is like cherry on the top. Excellent Stay, Everything is Perfect.

I recently stayed and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The hospitality throughout my stay was remarkable – everyone was polite, attentive, and eager to help. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely cozy, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and décor. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and offered a great variety of options.

This is not in line with what was shown on a prominent travel website like yours. At the time of check-in, I was informed that the Deluxe Room I had booked through MakeMyTrip was unavailable. I was then asked to pay an additional charge to upgrade to a Club Room, which was unexpected and contrary to the booking details.
