This hotel is on the first floor of a shopping complex right on a busy congested road. There is no lift, only a staircase leads to the reception on the first floor. So one has to carry their luggage to the hotel via the staircase. A big problem. On enquiry, I was told the lift was at the backside of the hotel. I could not check that. There is also no display in the front conveying the existence of the lift. The deluxe room allotted to me was not too bad. I had to request the hotel to provide me a towel. Mosquito repellent was not provided. Food was not bad. The hotel staff is few, not professionally trained. In all, a disappointing namesake of a reputed hotel chain I won't like to stay in a second time. Not worth the money charged in many ways. I wonder how this one is even included at your website as an option for decent stay.

Terrible experience with cleanliness and service. Dirty room, bedsheets, blankets and washroom. Though my breakfast was included, it was not provided on time, after I complained it was brought from some roadside vendor with loose packing, even though I was not served with any plates or glasses. There was no water in the washroom even after complaining it came after an hour. And the water crisis happened twice. Also about security issues they didn't even check my id even my booking. My booking was for two days, but just the next day when I went out for work they marked it as checked out even my bag with clothes and other valuables are there. Just a pathetic experience. I suggest other travelers avoid this property.

Food quality is very poor. Room is below the standard. Don't maintain hygiene. In Deluxe room AC is not working. Bed sheet and pillow cover is very dirty. Too much mosquitos in the room. I don't think they change it after guest checking out. Overall experience in very bad.

As per the room price, it is too high and not worth it. The room is so small that it's difficult to even move. At this price, one can easily find a much better room in the market. The bedsheet is dirty, and there is no table or chair provided. Due to the vehicle delay, i couldn't reach on time and missed breakfast. I requested them to adjust something in my lunch instead, but they refused. These are the details.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Awesome staying at this property.

It was a horrible experience. Room was very dirty, behavior of staff was extremely rude, food was very bad. Overall a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. It should be blacklisted by you.

The hotel staff behaviour is not good, from key whole everything is visible from outside the room

Not all dishes are available as hotel menu cards. And electricity problem. Slipper, sandal are not available as deluxe ac room. I asked for bathroom toilet paper but bathroom toilet paper not available as deluxe ac room. Hotel service people are very well but service is very poor. Need improvement

The hotel's cleanliness is very poor, no breakfast is served in the morning, saying it will provide 8. 30 am only water is dirty from the tap in the washroom. A clean bedsheet was provided only after the request. No phone and tv was working in the room however they shifted to a new room after one day where phone was working food provided at night was not as per my order, they provide different items. Overall rating is hardly 2

First thing their blanket and bed sheet is not clean Second thing geyser is damaged Third thing no toilet consumables like hand soap, shampoo etc was not given Fourth thing is after request an old towel was given Fifth thing is food quality they even don’t have onion to give with roti Sixth thing hotel is unable to provide breakfast in the early morning around 07:30 AM Seventh thing their AC is not properly cleaned and though it is making effective cooling but inside fan is not working.
