Hotel Grand Regency

So worst service. There are no bathing soap, shampoo and handwash in the toilet. The bath towel is so dirty. Pillow cover has food stain. The room floor is so dusty. I am not able to walk without sleeper. I want to give 1 star for this hotel room. No any mirror in the hotel room for dressing. Very worst. The water in the bathroom is soo dirty.

pathetic condition of the hotel . Dusting not done for the room , A.c did not work properly, staff was least bothered and no good food provided. This was the condition of a executive plus room

I never experienced such poor service. A big no from my side, bedsheet were torn, no floor mat in front of washroom, they ask for money instantly after food delivery etc

The rooms were dirty, and the TV and lamp were not working. Despite booking through MMT, they charged us more for a room I booked. The service was totally disgusting.

Worst bathrooms even bad than indian railways. Room service is worst. The smell in rooms will keep you from sleeping. Drunkards partying and making noise all night. It’s a very shady place. I have been to many places in india. This is the worst hotel i have been to by far

I recently stayed at grand regency, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, close to local attractions and public transport. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any request. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The hotel also provided free wi-fi, which worked well throughout my stay. The rooms were very dirty. We didn't get water bottles. The toilet wasn't clean either. We had to ask for soap and shampoo. The drawers were filled with water bottles from previous stays. Some of the lights didn't work. It was not worth it.

No elevator facility where as elevator is there, no inbuilt kitchen. The hotel person is bringing food from outside which is very poor quality, no intercom phone. The manager has given mobile number which is not picking up most of the time. Poor breakfast which is not acceptable. They are providing only 3 small size chapati & very less quantity vegitable only. Another issues also there. In my 30 years career, i never seen this type of hotel. I will strongly complaint to my company against you and try to cancel partnership with you.

Lift was not working reception and stay was at 4 th floor, room is not clean, pillows and bed sheet not clean, washroom exhauster not work, breakfast not recieved, checkout time call not recieved by staff.

It can't be called as hotel as no facility of hotel is available except the room size is good and spacious, but no proper cleaning is maintained. Need to wait for a 10 min to someone come to pick the luggage as the reception is in the 3rd floor and lift is not working. And basic a water bottle is also not provided. Book the room with complimentary breakfast that too also not provided as they don't have staff except one boy named prasnjit who is doing all form housekeeping to operating the generator. Funny part hotel doesn't electricity more than 5 to 6 time power gone except hotel all the surrounding electricity was their. As they don't have inhouse kitchen they get food from their restaurant which is outside, but when asked to bring some food items prosenjit tried calling but as per him restaurant is not responding and he asked to do swiggy

Stay - 1 star (coz you are sleeping in ac) lift - not working, and the reception and rooms are on the 3rd floor internet - not working. They have written wifi available but only in the 1st room (near reception. So if you book a premier room, you don't have wifi (coz it is far from reception) food - you can order. But every-time the delivery comes, you need to call the hotel staff and he will go down and will bring your food. Sometimes it get delayed coz there is only one staff for this and he may sometimes goes out. Breakfast - it will not come before 9 30. Coz they don't have kitchen and they bring from somewhere else. Tea/coffee - they gave a water boiling kettle but it was so dirty that i didn't use it. They don't provide tea/coffee with breakfast. You cannot have coffee coz only tra is available near the hotel and if you want to have, either you have to go down or call the hotel staff to bring it. So strictly no for a coffee person for working professional- strictly no for younsters/party animals - strictly yes. You can have a good time. Hygiene - ok location - ok ambience- not present

I am very regret to write this all, but unfortunately i m compelled to write, me and my wife were a patient of spondilytis we were there for our routine check up, when we reached, we were told that lift was not working due to maintainance, with an all effort we climbed 3rd floor, what we face was pathetic, tv was working, on our request room service couldn't fix n again ac didn't cool us the whole night, after all this happened even patiently, i went to receptionist and i raised a complaint he was not serious enough, i cleared all my bills and informed him that we will need a cup of teas at 0600am, as we had to check out at 08:00 am but what we found in the morning was most shocking, no caretaker was present, reception mobile no was swiched off, we try to contact several times but no one was to reply, what we experienced was very embarrassing and if as an agent, you mind please convey this to aurhority seriously. Your valuable customer.

Hotel room was good. Staff behaviour was also good but the amenities in the hotel is not upto the mark like there was no soap in the bathroom. Flush was broken

Bad. Very bad behaviour staff and very bad responsible stuff and very dirty room there is no response in the hotel all are bad staff. Useless of money spent in this hotel

Service is poor. Linen were dirty. Bathroom fittings were leaky. Tv was non functional.

Room atmosphere is ok. But about dust cleaning, bad smell in wash room and availability of tv is not up to the mark. No intercom for calling the service boy.

4 experience was cool it's very nice place for unmarried couple. Friendly staff. Clean bahtroom.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and etc
