I had a good stay at Hotel Uday Palace, Indore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with scope for some improvement in food and facilities.

Your kitchen service is quite lazy, two hours for two aloo paratha is not acceptable... Either you serve faster or just deny. Customer has other choices and lot of other work. Your kitchen staff is also rude...

ac wasn't working as it was AC delux room, ambience is ok ok, but the staff Is very helpful, owner is very kind and helpful, the food from cantene was so average.

The hotel is maintained like a lodge. Even cockroaches are moving inside rooms. Every room has a bad smell. Don't book this hotel ever. The only entrance is good.
