Disappointing Experience
Recently stayed at Hotel Travaasa and was thoroughly unimpressed. The room was unclean, amenities were outdated, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. Overpriced for the service and quality provided. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Major renovation and staff training needed. Disappointing experience overall.

Pathetic service, the mattress was broken, washroom was greasy, No cutleries provided, Tab has geaser earthing and giving shock, Had to call 3 times to get water bottle, No wifi password was provided until i shouted, Not going back to that hotel in my life. Never Stay here.
Too much bad smell from balconies, no food available in hotel. Order from there BAR with low quantity and low quality and high prices. Also there are many hidden charges when u will check out than they tell you. Never sray here.

familyBelow expectations, not the worth the money spent for booking rooms are suffocating with no windows, no natural light. Hotel doesn't even provide soap to wash hands in washroom. No ro water given, you need to buy bottled water. Order 2 cup of tea, it wasn't even full cups. Located on a busy road, parking is an issue and it took 15 min to park in a dark basement.
