Need to improve their service

Location was okay. Service was average. Staff were co-operative. I don't like the hotel environment. Room was normal in size. Washroom was not clean. I booked it through MMT. Overall the stay was average. They need to improve their services. As I believe that this is first average experience with MMT but I still believe that they can improve it.
